MapTiler is graphical application for online map publishing based on GDAL2Tiles, which is part of GDAL. The program is available on the Windows platform, Linux and MacOS X. It is a desktop application which loads your existing geodata in formats such as GeoTIFF, JPEG2000 (GeoJP2), ECW, MrSID, HFA, BSB etc.
With MapTiler, your map can create overlay of standard maps like Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, Microsoft Bing Maps or OpenStreetMap and can be also visualized in 3D form by Google Earth. Just upload the automatically generated directory with tiles (JPEG tiles and HTML based webviewers) into your webserver to publishing the map.
I use Bing and Google whenever i want to find something on the internet. I think that both search engines are very good. ~
