There are a lot of mapping applications for the iPhone, but real mobile GIS software is not common yet. Users want to step further and includes not only geolocation capabilities but also visualization of different map layers from different sources, which can be overlayed. iExtMap is the answer, a mobile GIS Viewer for IPhone, IPod Touch and IPad devices.
iExtMap is a free viewer for ArcGIS Server, WMS and KML/GeoRSS. Users can also see static map tiles with it.
