The ArcView Network Analyst extension module allows the user to solve 3 categories of the analysis of network problems; Best Route, Find and Find Next Service Facility. If you need to do a complex analysis of the 3 default options are available, you can do with Avenue scripts.

Find the best way to problems in finding the “least cost impedance” path through the network between two or more stops.
